Abhya Adlakha writes about travel, culture, and the curious intersection of luxury and life. A University of Toronto graduate who's worked with Yahoo Canada, Penguin Canada, and the Toronto Star, she spent eight years in Canada before finding her way back home — and to Esquire. Don't worry, she still spells "favourite" with a 'u.'
When she's not buried in a book, scuba diving somewhere, or plotting her next escape to Tokyo or Seoul, she's usually out on a long walk, befriending every dog she meets.
